Hailing from a quiet town with a restless spirit for adventure, Jen captures moments with a keen eye for beauty, authenticity, and cinematic light—dedicated to her craft for over a decade. Since launching her career in 2010, she has worked between Boston and New York, producing compelling imagery for a diverse clientele.
With roots in the fashion industry, Jen blends creative storytelling and technical expertise to deliver visually striking work. Whether photographing portraits, weddings, editorial features, or commercial campaigns, she approaches each project with intention and adaptability.
Her sessions—spontaneous or meticulously planned, on location or in studio—are inclusive and welcoming to people of all ages, backgrounds, and identities. Beyond portraiture, Jen also photographs animals, landscapes, and events, crafting visual narratives that are both timeless and deeply personal.
A deep connection to the natural world led Jen Rose into the art of floristry. Since 2018, she has grown flowers on a production scale and helped bring large-scale floral installations to life. From farming to collaborative design work, she has gained hands-on experience that complements the technical and often solitary nature of her photography practice.
Working with flowers has offered a new creative outlet—rooted in seasonality, texture, and transformation. Her floral work brings the same attention to detail and artistic vision that defines her photography. Jen currently manages Fleur Shop in Quincy, known for its artful arrangements and refined design. The team’s commitment to excellence has been recognized with multiple industry awards.
